Newsletter Subscription

“dimosbyrona.gr” provides the ability to inform users who wish to do so via newsletters sent by e-mail. Subscription to the newsletter is done in two (2) stages, in order to ensure that the subscription request was actually made from the specific e-mail.

Personalized Update

“dimosbyrona.gr” provides the ability to subscribe to personalized updates. The service is currently in a test phase and registration is done by filling out a special form.

This information will not be sold, shared or rented to third parties other than those mentioned in this statement. “dimosbyrona.gr” collects information from its visitors/users at various points on the website. The Municipality of Vyronas complies with all its obligations under the GDPR 2016/679 EU. Personal Data

The personal data collected by "dimosbyrona.gr" are collected at the initiative of the data subject and may be the following: Name, Address, Email, landline and mobile phone number and are used exclusively for the respective processing purpose, namely for:

1.       the processing of - electronic or other - correspondence

2.       the collection of proposals from citizens for improving the quality of life in the city

3.       the public online Consultation on regulatory issues

4.       the Personalized Information of citizens on issues that interest them and request information

and in no case are they sold, rented or in any way transmitted and/or communicated to third parties. An exception is the contracting company (Magoutas Anastasios: Komvos.gr - Internet Services, tel. 210-7652344, responsible: Magoutas Anastasios, street: Neas Elvetias 2, Vyronas, 1622, Email: info@komvos.gr) with which the Municipality of Vyrona collaborates for the maintenance and proper operation of the website, which acts as a processor on behalf of the Municipality of Vyronas, as well as the case in which the communication of the data is required by an explicit provision of law and exclusively to the competent authorities. The data are retained for the maximum legal duration at any time.

The collection, processing and management of personal data by "dimosbyrona.gr" is subject to the terms of this privacy statement as well as to the relevant provisions of Greek legislation and European law for the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data (Law 4624/2019, GDPR 2016/679 EU, the decisions of the President and the Personal Data Protection Committee, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000, article 8 of Law 2819/2000, Law 2774/1999 and Community Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). G) the right to file a complaint whenever they consider that there has been a violation of applicable law either to the supervisory authority in the country they live in, or in that of Greece, or in the one where the alleged violation took place.
