Independent Communication, Press and Public Relations Office
The Office of Communication, Press, International & Public Relations, Transparency & E-Government is located at the Vyronas City Hall, at 36 - 44 Karaoli & Dimitriou Streets and reports to the Mayor.
The Office's purpose is to design the communication policy to promote the mission and goals of the Municipality and the Mayor, as well as the organization and implementation of programs to promote the work and services provided by the Municipality.
The Office is responsible for drafting, reproducing and promoting statements, announcements, press releases, information publications or broadcasts by the Municipality's administration executives, directly informing journalists, the Mass Media and citizens about the Municipality's goals, objectives and services.
The office's activities also include the recording, evaluation and analysis of news (printed and electronic).
The Office manages the Municipality's relations with the electronic and printed press and the mass media, while managing the Municipality's official website, as well as its accounts on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
The Office also organizes and holds events (conferences, assemblies, celebrations, etc.), as well as supporting conferences of other bodies in which the Municipality of Byrona and the Mayor participate.
Finally, it is responsible for the Municipality's public relations with all public and private bodies.
